[Jacob-list] Spam

I have seen a couple of these types of posts in recent weeks. The Jacob-list
system blocks a LOT of spam (you would be amazed), but not these. My
assumption is that this is some sort of virus activity that hijacks the
address book of the infected computer and sends messages  from that machine
to whoever is in the address book. Or the spammers have gotten even more
cleaver with their craft. Either way, I can't filter these out from the
Jacob-list because they are coming from a subscriber's email address. Best I
can suggest is that subscribers remain vigilant with their virus protection.

Note this mail from a Barbara Schultz. It is an ad for Canadian Viagra.
Is someone scamming the list?
