That's surprising that the water would be warm enough for frogs!

I run the water from the creek through a couple of five gallon buckets,
some pvc, and a bunch of garden hose. It runs all the time. We don't get
as cold here, of course, but I sure appreciate having running water for
the sheep when it's 15 degrees out.
