[Jacob-list] Reintroducing Ram

Last year we didn't want to breed our yearlings, so we kept them separate
from the ram.  Once lambing began in March we put everybody together,
figuring breeding season was well over......those yearlings lambed in
July!  So I would say, don't put the ram in with the ewes until you want
lambs.
