As an example of the differences, again many years ago, one registry
accepted polled (no horns) ewes and the other registry didn't.  Sure
surprised me.  One of my first Jacobs has horn buds, but no horns, so I was
interested in the registry that would accept her; but then, a Jacob with no
horns is like a Jacob with no spots...... or is it?  Personally, I think
registered Jacobs should have a good horn set.
