The fees and deadlines are listed at http://www.jsba.org/FAQ.html.  

You can get a permanent registration in 35 days for no extra charge (but you need to notify the registrar of the date needed).  Temporary certificates are available in 3 weeks for no extra charge. 

I hope to see your sheep at Maryland.
