Nobody ever said anything should be banned. What I said was we should expect to have to provide out of area things for out of area animals. Same reason humans have central heating in cold climates.

  Jacobs have been in this country and in England for so long, it doesn't matter where they originated. People raise huskies in Florida. Should they be banned from the state ?
