[Jacob-list] Hay woes

We've been pretty lucky here in WI- dry in some areas with low re-growth- but mostly have good hay available at reasonable prices. I've used beet pulp as an emergency backup if hay gets low. It comes dried in a 40# bag. We soak it in water until it rehydrates and then feed. It took a little time to get the sheep accustomed to it, but now they accept it.

I've already got my hay order placed for this year- luckily I work with my supplier!
