Sorry to hear that Andy never recovered.  He lived a very long life for a
'floppy' lamb, a lot longer than I thought he would.  As for the farm, I
recommend that you get an attorney.  You probably have some rights.  I am
not an attorney, but I am aware of a couple of things.  One is the
Grandfather Clause.  It is protection of your farm when the city limits
start to encroach.  If that place has a long history of being farmed, you
probably have a right to continue what you have been doing.  The other is
the Right to Farm Act.  I would check into it for your state or region.  It
is also designed to protect the small farms and farmers.  There might be a
lot of info on the Internet.  Finally, if you feel your case has merit then
contact the local newspaper and tv station news to do a story about your
situation.  Government officials seem to back down quickly when that
happens.
