This is interesting.  You are suggesting to give the short-term tetanus
antitoxin at time of castration and tail dock (sometimes we do the surgery
at one week of age, both done by my neighbor who's a vet), and then give
the other long-term tetanus toxoid later, plus the booster after that? 
That's a lot of tetanus vaccine.  Plus tetanus antitoxin is quite
expensive.  Why not vaccinate the young pregnant ewe with CD&T (containing
the long term tetanus vaccine) 4-6 weeks before birth so the lamb picks up
the antibodies from the mother.  Then give the lambs the same at one-month
old and a booster one month after that.  I know people who give their day
old lambs bo-se shots, but I don't know anybody giving tetanus shots that
early.  Why over vaccinate?  Tetanus must be a problem at your place.
