That sounds like my favorite "style" too - with a good deep black.  But, I do love how different they all are (and spinning that lovely lilac fiber!).  Funny that I never really liked the idea of blue eyes until I got a few Jacobs with blue eyes and now I think they are so beautifully striking that I can't imagine not having a few blue eyed.
