This is for residents of the state of WASHINGTON. The anti-hunting, PETA,
etc people are at it again. They almost lost control of their anti-trapping
referendum and are now trying to get control of Fish and Wildlife. Remember
that F&W people were the ones who tried to sneak lynx hairs into the
wildlife surveys here to close off large areas of land to the public. Even
if you are not a hunter, this is important because it also includes predator
control questions.

For those sheep folks who are residents of Wash., and are concerned with the
current state of predator control here,  you should be aware of a hunting
survey
currently being conducted by the Fish & Wildlife Dept.  It seems that
several of the anti-hunting groups are in the process of trying to stuff the
ballot box, so to speak, and affect the wildlife management decisions in the
state for the foreseeable future.

The survey is a bit on the long side but if you would like to make your
feelings known on outdoor recreation, hunting, wildlife management and/or
predator control where it might do some good, please take a few minutes to
complete the survey.
