[Jacob-list] rent a ram

OK, I'm considering breeding my 7 ewes this fall but I don't really want to have a ram around after he's served his purpose.  How does one go about "borrowing" a ram for stud service.  I'm not really sure how this would work.

Anybody in the Chicago area got one they'd be willing to share?
