[Jacob-list] flooding

  It has been pouring here for more than 36 hours. I never knew it could 
rain so hard for so long without taking a break!  Rain is to continue 
here through tonight.  All the low lying areas of our place are under 
standing water now, including our feed storage area.    Animals are very 
wet and dealing with lots of mud!   Will know better how they are faring 
when it gets light ouside.   So far not much wind here, but if 
predictions for that come about today, there will be bigger problems. We 
have not lost electricity---yet!

We will probably have seen 10" + of rain by the time this ends.  Schools 
cancelled here today, so at least my husband can be here to deal with 
some of the problems as they arise or continue  instead of us coming 
home to it at night.  If you are in the path of this storm, get ready!
