Every flock will have a dominant ewe.  Sounds like yours is easily picked out.  Sometimes the dominance takes the form of everybody knowing their position and not challenging by word, glance, body language, or gesture.  When 2 ewes are very closely matched, or you have one young upstart desiring to overtake a higher position, there will be arguments.
 
This happens in the chicken world, in the sheep world, and in the human world.  Look around and watch.
 
Without rams, there definitely won't be any problems lambing in the springtime :o)).
