[Jacob-list] Tail length

We don't dock the ones we are going to butcher, but
like Thom, I have never counted tail bones before I
throw them in the soup pot.
I do have about half a dozen undocked sheep in the
flock and was thinking of trying to catch them this
afternoon and count vertebrae through the skin. None
of their tails come down very much below their hocks,
I would be suprised to find 20 tail bones.
