[Jacob-list] Feeding loose mineral mix

Edd Bissell had them. He said he had seen the design on the internet, so it was 
probably the same.   He used 4" PVC pipe.  One leg of the elbow (actually a Y shaped 
fitting - not really an elbow) was the feeder part where the sheep could just fit 
their noses in.  The second leg went into a straight PVC pipe (maybe 3 feet long?).  
You poured the mineral into the top of that.  I do remember that Edd said if he was 
going to do it again he would have filled the bottom of the Y with cement or 
something as the salt would get down there and cake.

I saw the same set up being sold at MSWF for $20.
