Glad to hear that as that was the information that was passed on to me.  The picture of your ram's growth looked so much like the growth on my neighbor's old ram.  Her vet also said it was very common on older rams and the only reason you don't see it more often is that there are not that many rams over 10 years old.

It certainly didn't slow old Samson down! and it sounds like your boy is managing nicely!
