[Jacob-list] Tail docking educational program

The Shepherd magazine, September 2002, page 28 describes a "Tail Docking 
Seminar" being offered thru Ohio State University ... the article decribes 
some of the problems with short docking, the recommendations of a half dozen 
"sheep" organizations .. and reiterates the "distal end of the caudal fold".  
Some shepherds didn't know what the caudal fold was or looked like ...  Fred
