Three different vets have specifically told me to use the injectable in
the mouth instead of using it as an injectable as it is much more
specific in it's action on eliminating the parasites in the gut.  We
haven't had any problems with parasites on the outside of the sheep to
speak of.

Availability for me. I can run down to my either of my local feed stores
and pick up 50ML of the injectable.  Our area stores do not carry alot
of sheep specific items.  Of course, I can order the drench and I do
order some sheep items that I can't get locally.  Also, I began using
the injectable as an injectable and later tried using it orally.  I
still inject it on occasion. 
It works, the vet says it's fine to do it that way, and it's easy.
