Which is useless anyway because Australian meat is still cheaper in the EU
than American.  I would tend to think the scrapie issue is anon-issue: if
the EU needs a reason to ban sheep products to protect their own, they will.
These events are not "rational."

Last year the US embargoed Italian Coffee-makers becasue the EU banned Costa
Rican bananas.  There ain't to rhyme or reason to this stuff, folks ;-)
