I would consider it to be a large "knee patch" or leg marking.
When I think of a black leg, I visualize around 85%-100% of the leg being black.  According to JSBA breed standards, one to three dark colored legs are acceptable, but less desirable and all dark colored legs are unacceptable.  I think your lamb is marked very nicely.
