Oh absolutely, but if I take that into account, would there be any great
difference? Well, we bought a 24% calcium mineral mix, but trying to get it
down her is another matter.....

"blue cattle calcium, is it a
powder, or a drench, does it have a brand-name"

My tube (300 ml) is called Cal Plus Gel: a nutritional supplement
containing calcium, magnesium, and cobalt for dairy cattle during calving.
Universal Cooperatives, inc in Minneapolis, MN manufactures mine.

It is sticky, gets all over the place and the ewe reacted as if I were
sticking ground up chalk in her mouth----like YUCK, mom!

I wouldn't use a plain calcium human supplement just because minerals work
together in relationships----too much of one can unbalance the others.
