Web server temporarily coput. Your vet should be able to get a wire saw. It's really a cable and burns through the horn, and is not supposed to cut flesh. I should have stressed that the idea is to wedge and brace so that the sheep can't move. 90% of injuries to animals and people during vet procedures happen because the animal is not immobilized.
