I totally agree with Kelly.  If a dog is on your property destroying your animals, you have a perfect right to protect them by whatever means necessary. I cannot imagine a law which would not uphold this right.  Even back in my Grandfather's day in the 1930's through the 60's, he was called if a pack of dogs were in neighbors' livestock to shoot the dogs. Those who feel sorry for the dogs should witness what they do to sheep.  We have been fortunate to not have dog problems, but have lost between 20 to 25 lambs this year to coyotes.  I am going to order a dozen snares.  Do I feel sorry for the coyotes?  NO!
