[Jacob-list] slipped eye patch

This is a picture a ram with eye liner and what I believe is considered a slipped eye patch.  I was uncertain as to whether or not the eyeliner would be considered a small eye patch, so asked an inspector when I filled out the registration forms.  She said write in eyeliner.  So, I have to say that I'm not sure what the official description of this ram's patches are.  I'm interested in what anyone thinks.  In my mind, he's "eye liner with slipped eye patch."
