[flow-tools] performance question [resend]

I found my second performance problem: there isn't one (:-).

Each invocation of flow-nfilter runs fairly fast: about 3.6sec.  The
problem is that there are over 500 customers with 96 files per
customer, or in excess of 50,000 files to process.  That's where the
problem comes in.

I'm looking at ways to reorganize the problem at a high level to make
things reasonable.

Also, I've found and fixed a couple of bugs in flow-split (version
0.62).  Who do I report them to?
