Great! And don't forget to have a tablespoon or two of flax meal too. It is
a favorite food of the large intestine. Got to keep the microbiome happy.
We are having a hell of a power out AND water boil advisory here in Corpus
Christi. Texas is so effed up with 20 years of Republican rule. We are
among the lucky ones living in the same circuitry as the hospital. We have
not had a blackout so far. When I boil water I just go ahead and make tea.
