[AGL] how are we coping?

To encourage or discourage one another I suggest that you - yes you in 
the corner there - to report on your current situation regarding 
electricty, water, heat and/or the winter blues.

Here in Austin it is snowing like a Hallmark Christmas card coming down 
softly. Wife adelon and I have electricity and heating. However our 
water supply has been cut off. We are flushing the toilet with water 
from the swimming pool in the courtyard. We have collected some snow 
water and a gent downstairs kindly poured some of his store-bought water 
from a great demi-john into our plastic jug. We washed the dirty dishes 
from the last few days with heated swimming pool water. Simming pool 
water should /not/ be drunk - it will make you sick.
