I forget to add that in my experience with lawyers I learned that
eye-witnesses are not as reliable as circumstantial evidence. I have recent
experience with this from trying to find out what went on leading up to
Jennifer Robuck going off on her bicycle, after drinking all evening, into
the night to another party in Lockhart. She died in a tragic traffic
accident while on her bicycle shortly afterward at 2:00 a..m..
I got four different versions of the same story from four different people.
What you see and what you are able to recall are often far apart in
restructuring what actually happened. Since she was an adult without a will
there is no one in her family who is in a position to get information or
even claim her body until the investigation is completed. Also there is a
six week wait for a cremation due to all the deaths from COVID-19 according
to authorities.

I agree with you on the Darwin Reward for Garret Foster.

Best,
Frances
