Zoom will have zero effect here. The SWTexas Phone Co is installing high
speed internet out here. I have it at the house and since I don't use my
cell phone it is a mute point. The local poverty level is well below the
national level. The education level is lacking as well. Rick ranchers make
money while the city suffers.
