[AGL] Andrew Yang?

250,000,000 adults times $12,000 comes to 3 trillion dollars. The 
national GDP of the US is around 17 trillion dollars (per year). The 
Federal budget in 2015 was $3.8 trillion. Yang's plan would require 
almost doubling the Federal budget. The proposal seems wildly unrealistic.
