Mike, did you try Emporis? With no lights on that may mean they do not yet
have a Certificate of Occupancy. That would explain why no tenants are
moving in. We have one low rise here in Corpus Christi that went unoccupied
for many months due to the city not signing off on a Certificate of
Occupancy. Now it is at 100% occupancy.
