[AGL] rendering

this is an 8 foot tall architectural rendering billboard of the hi-rise 
going
up across the street from the billboard. the point of view is from the
new library looking north at W. 2nd street and the graceful bridge over
Shoal Creek. The buyer is supposed to imagine herselfs looking out
the window at the view. How many geniuses will buy a condo imagining
that apartments on the west side of the building are looking out at the
lake. The apts. with lake views are those on the right.
