[AGL] desparately seeking current UT student, staff or faculty

There used to be a Star Card accessible through the APL that allowed non students to not only borrow from any UT library but would work to request any book available at any library across the US to be mailed to the library for borrowing by the Star Card holder. Ask at APL if the program still exists.Best,Frances

If all else fails contact Dr. Jon Taylor, Chair of Poli-Sci division at Univ.  of St Thomas in Houston. My advisor during my college days at USAO. I gave him a video to help him gain tenure before his move. Tell him Donna Bobb referred him. He might be able to get the book on loan for you. Graduated OU with a PH.D in Political Science.
