it looked to me as if he snatched a police soul.
bizarre human and interesting video. I've never seen the man myself. I take it you have engaged him in conversations?
graceful in his arm and wrist movements, kind of scary in his expression and body movements.
Leslie was outrageous but never scary. Indian seemed to be clean and well enough dressed.
Do you know if he made his headpiece and the bag around his waist? And what on earth is that  shiny silver thaing on the top of the codpiece- looks like a thermos top or part of an old oldsmobile bumper.
