maybe someone can answer this for me

years ago there was a series of partays celebrating
the Corn Palace. this was held on July 7.

some of those parties were held in East Austin at
someone's spread - and i mean spread. this was
a property which encompassed a valley.

where was this exactly? and whose property was it?

i hope this isnt another example of a false memory.
