There is a book out and on the stands about trailers in Austin-each chapter (about 20) has an article about one-the history and one recipe.
Trailer food diaries-I got one for my brother and his wife. They are fascinted by the phenom. I read a statistic over a year ago that there were more than 1600 of them.

The best food court on wheels is the Jesse Street Eats off Barton Springs Rd. One trailer food outlet has the very best dark chocolate mousse I have ever eaten. I could eat one for a meal and not need another bite of anything. Each one has its own specialty and they are all good.Best,Frances
