hello michael, please allow me a beckman memory, or rather a johnny
oakes one, my very first time in nyc, with johnny, we stayed with
beckman in his east village apartment, with his wife debbie, i'm
pretty sure that's where my first lsd trip occured, plus it's where
we first heard "rubber soul", one tripping night, there was a
crashing and tinkling of breaking glass, and debbie says, "they're
always breaking into that apartment downstairs", i was so not into
big city life. i have one other story involving bob simmons.
