pic taken waiting for UT shuttle bus - student dressed Joe College style 
but
wearing a Salafist (fundamentalist) beard and cap.

he is giving me stink eye, also known as skunk eye or hairy eyeball

blue because pic was taken in the shade with the flash turned off

technically dreadful pic but inneresting because of the provocative
clothing and the stink eye
