[AGL] future headquarters of Cirrus Logic on West 6th & West Ave. overlooking Shoal Creek

It's a big high-tech company which manufacturers all sorts of electronic
devices. they have plants scattered around the Austin area. this is to
be their headquarters. there used to be a handsome steel and glass
architects office building on the site. one side of the building overlooks
Shoal Creek. this is just office space, no actual manufacturing will take
place there
