Just read the post about Ed Alexander. A year or more ago my running buddy John Cain died. In neither case do/did I have the heart to write anything. The sadness goes too deep. Like a little part is being ripped from my soul...From our collective souls.
It's too, too much. My fingers freeze at the keyboard.

Ed Alexander was DOA at SW Methodist Hospital in San
Antonio. He evidently hit his head diving into the Medina River around 1 AM,
he was found floating face down in the water. Mezcal was involved.
Spelunker EMTs worked on him and had him breathing and he was transported to
hospital. This was reported to me by Jimmy Norman and Nancy who went with
Bridgitt to hospital. The kids are in the care of the caver ladies.
