Wow, Mike,
  This old coot is still alive despite the well publicized death threats. I recall your pithy remarks about his book. I may have to watch because I believe that there is a tenet that Muslims, once born into that "faith", can only "convert" to Christianity upon pain of death. Hmm. That implicates Obama whose father was Muslim. Supposedly being born to a Muslim is to become a Muslim.
