Gerry,
Yesterday's victories for Obama were caucuses, not primaries,
therefore not very indicative of what will happen in a general
election.
I wasnt saying that Obama wouldnt win the vote of white
voters in general, just that there are probably millions who
won't vote for a black.
And we shouldnt underestimate the number of troglodytes
and "patriots" worried about terrorists in their midst and
other bogeymen who will vote for McCain.
But do you think that the Iraq war will be the big issue?
No way to know for sure, depends on what happens on the
ground there.
