Gerry,
Thanks for forwarding the photo of Paula, Prissy and you.
Paula wrote a Master's thesis at UT. Not sure what department
or connected to what agency or NGO or whatever. Anyhoo
her research required her to hang out with the cops downtown
where she acquired some inside knowledge about the narcotics
squad. Additional details may be supplied on personal application
and will be shared face-to-face with the water running. I have
spoke.
