[AGL] not living in the country

Michael-- having visited the condo next door to yours many times, I can say
that living in that part of Austin is perfectly OK. There's lots to do
around there, plenty of restaurants, night clubs, etc., yet the block itself
is fairly quiet. Best of both worlds? You probably would enjoy living in the
country less. Does the swimming pool still work?
