If all assets  in the world were distributed evenly to the 6 billion people 
in the world, each  person would have about $20,500 in assets, according to 
the study.

Yes,  a Republican would say-- but those good at building capital would soon 
shoot up there to the one percent, while the others would blow it all on 
booze, drugs, and pumping out babies! Still, it might be an interesting 
social experiment.
