[AGL] city driving and real driving--other people's gas?

The name "Wayne" does not, I fear, show up often as a middle name for those
who are of Jewish origin. Even NYC origin.
Why this is the case is a complete mystery to me. But then, so many things
are. Perhaps it is because the phrase -- Rabbi Wayne -- lacks a certain
cachet-ness.
