As we don't watch/receive commercial television, I don't know what the so-called National Media are reporting today but has anyone noticed that Iraq is quickly descending into a Hell that has not been witnessed on the European/ME continent since the run-up to WW2?
Slaughtering people in front of their families? While the "police" watch?
Burning people alive? While the "police" watch?
Does anyone notice just how much these despicable actions resemble those of the SS and the Gestapo? Does anyone in the bloody "media" give ANY evidence of caring?
Are Americans just concerned with the price of f*****g gas and iPods these days?
This so-called Administration has .... entirely on its own... inaugurated war crimes not seen in over fifty years. (Well, I guess one can say that the Khymer Rouge was more recent, as was Kosovo and now Darfur, but the point still stands.)
What are we going to do about it?
Watch more football games and wait until there are no Iraqiis left to die?
We need another "march" on Washington not only to "end" this war but to hold those evil bastards accountable!
If Americans can't do that simple thing: demand accountability.....then....as a Nation...it has absolutely zero (0) moral credibility...despite all the wretched psuedo-Christian rhetoric. We are DEAD as a Nation, absolutely without any redeeming value, unless we accept the responsibility for ending the war our "officials" started and bringing to trial the criminals who started it. Elected or not. (Read: Kristol, Perle, et al.)
