More gossip: Frank Erwin reportedly fell apart after the death of his wife who had a humanizing influence on him. He got so drunk at one party I heard about that the revelers put him and another blacked out guest in the same bed. Imagine the surprise in the morning when Frank Erwin woke up next to Michael Eakin.
Best,
Frances

Gossip-Yes Frank Irwin was a jerk. A very drunk one. I was the cocktail
waitress in the attic bar of a fancy place, now gone, "Old Vienna",
maybe. Anyway, he'd bring in the latest trapped co-ed and then get
carried out. Perhaps he had major demons. mm
