  Good advice Wayne. Never-the-less, I choose to make myself available to some folk. And, as you warn, I have sometimes made a mistake. Still, I count you as a friend and my concern is genuine, so remember that when you need to. 
  I recently heard mention of the movie on NPR (I think). Perhaps it will be on dvd at some point. I prefer movies at home. mm

    Oh.  Great movie = The Closet.  It's French and it is hilarious.  Although it IS set in a condom factory and the hero who is NOT gay is told (by a guy who IS) that he can "succeed" if he....pretends to be.  Good performance from French actor Gerard Depardieu.  Sophisticated and make no fun, zero, of gay life style...........does serious work on hypocrites however.
